A Family Tradition

 Tilly Hawk Ranch was founded by husband and wife duo Buddy and Jocelynn Lanier. They are regular people with a passion for farming, a dedication to quality and an appreciation for tradition. Together, they own and operate Tilly Hawk Ranch with more than 35 years of experience in the agriculture industry. While no two days on a cattle ranch look the same, there is a constant that drives them through the hard work and long days. That constant is love. Love for their cattle, love for the land, love for their craft and love for each other.

 
 
 

Pasture Raised

 We are proud of our humanely raised practices. All our cows are pasture raised without feed lots, free from growth hormones. We believe the love and care we have for our livestock makes all the difference.

 
 

TENDER
Dry-Aged

During the finishing process we add natural grains to ensure rich marbling which is further enhanced by a 21 day dry aging process. During this process the meat is allowed to tenderize and develop a rich beef flavor for a premium beef finish.
